About Dr. Olmstead

Dr. Olmstead has been serving the Las Vegas community since 2003. He also has experience treating patients in both Denver, Colorado and Portland, Oregon. He is an Oregon native and earned his doctorate degree from Western States Chiropractic College, located in Portland. He has also earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Biology and an Associates Degree in General Studies. His undergraduate education took place at both the University of Oregon and Ricks College. His postgraduate education includes completion of an advanced certification course in Whiplash and Brain Traumatology sponsored by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. He has always enjoyed participating in athletics and has particular interest in sports related injuries as well. Dr. Olmstead has taken an active role in making Las Vegas a safer place to drive. He frequently presents free workshops on Auto Safety and Crash Preparation and his motto is Preparation = Prevention and Protection (The 3 P's). When he is not treating patients, Dr. Olmstead enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons and participating in sports.


About the Clinic

Dr. Olmstead has two clinics in Las Vegas. One is located in the Northwest area of town while the other is in the Northeast. At both clinics we accept most health insurance plans as well as attorney liens. At both clinics we have Spanish speaking staff to assist our Spanish speaking patients and Dr. Olmstead speaks Mandarin Chinese which benefits our Chinese speaking patients.


At our clinics a variety of treatment methods are utilized to maximize the benefit for the patients. Treatment at our office may include:


  • Orthopedic, Neurological, and Chiropractic Examination
  • X-Ray Examination in office, or referral for MRI or CT Examination (if necessary)
  • Spinal Manipulation / Adjustments (various techniques)
  • Physical Therapy Modalities including electrical muscle stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, heat therapy, cryotherapy, G5 massage and others.
  • Rehabilitation through stretching and strengthening exercises.
  • Massage Therapy from one of our trained massage therapists.
  • Medical Co-Treatment from a medical doctor/physicians assistant that shares our office space.
  • Information about improving your diet, creating a healthier workplace, and increasing the overall quality of your health.
  • Referral to some of the best orthopedic/surgical specialists, neurologists, or pain management specialists in town. (if necessary)
